About Fanny

Fanny Ip serves as Huron’s Chief AI Officer, where she leads the firm’s AI strategy and works directly with clients to use advanced technologies to drive growth and large scale transformation. She helps organizations apply AI to critical decisions, customer interactions, and operational challenges. Her focus is on helping clients move from ambition to measurable results, using AI to unlock new sources of value and improve performance in tangible ways.

Fanny leads Huron’s cross functional AI practice. She works closely with hyperscalers, industry focused AI solution innovators, enterprise technology platforms, as well as governments and economic development boards to bring proven capabilities into real client environments. These collaborations help clients move faster from concept to implementation and reduce the risk of adoption at scale.

Her leadership spans strategy, product innovation, and the design of AI enabled solutions that are practical and sustainable. She guides teams to look beyond incremental improvements and focus on changes that materially improve how organizations operate and compete. Her emphasis is on disciplined experimentation, applied innovation, and earning trust through consistent delivery and results.

Before joining Huron, Fanny co led McKinsey & Co. Automation Practice in North America. She also served as Vice President of the automation consulting office at UiPath and delivered large scale transformation programs at PwC and Deloitte. This background gives her deep experience across technology, commercial strategy, and operational execution.

Fanny earned her Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
